Sprint 's new Text to Landline messaging service

Reston, VA -- Sprint customers can now reach out to more friends and family than ever with the latest update - Text to Landline. Text to Landline lets customers send text messages to any landline phone in the United States, where they will then be converted to a voice message for the recipient.

Text to Landline is available now to all Sprint customers with two-way text-messaging-capable phones. To use, customers simply enter a 10-digit landline phone number and type a message, just as they would when sending a regular text message. The recipient's phone will ring, and when answered, the text message will be automatically read to them. Recipients can reply with a preset text message response or by recording a voice response. Standard text-messaging rates apply.
