Inspirational Thought

"In any moment of decision the best thing you can do is the right thing, the next best thing is the wrong thing, and the worst thing you can do is nothing."

Theodore Roosevelt

Apple selling Ipod's through Vending Machines...

That's right, it is true. I was pretty amazed when I heard Apple selling Ipod's using vending machines, but why not?? When companies can sell pop, and other junkies through vending machines, why not the worlds best digital mp3 player!! That is awesome, well the downside to this would be how is one going to upload songs to the Ipod? Would the machine drop the Ipod just like vending machines drops a pop bottle? Wonder how that works!!

This is being used at the Hartsfield Atlanta International airport. Here is a PIC

I wonder if there any other cities, where this is being used.

Has anybody spotted a iPod vending machine in their city!!

Post a comment, thanks..:)

Meet my new security Gaurd!!!

Robot – The name has a new meaning today, moreover the name is making headlines all over the nation. Have you ever thought of a robot taking the place of human. Haaaaaaa!!!, sounds strange doesn’t it. Well not in Tokyo, robots could soon be seen patrolling the streets, shopping centers, offices to keep them safe from intruders. The pre programmed “Guardrobo D1” is equipped with a camera and a sensor which is programmed to patrol along paths and keep a look for any signs of trouble.

The 45 inch tall robot will send alert messages to nearby security guards of any strange activities taking place in its vicinity.

Man, has technology evolved for the betterment of man kind.

Moreover these robots would be pivotal from a business standpoint since most of the population of Japan is aging.

Detroit force game 7!!

Detroit Pistons win Game 6….that is right..

The Pistons knew they were in a tough spot, after losing game 5 of the NBA Finals to the San Antonio Spurs, by a mere 1 point. On the other hand The San Antonio Spurs were confident of winning Game 6 and ending this series. But the Detroit Pistons had other plans….Facing elimination the Pistons wanted to make sure they win game 6, and force a game 7 in San Antonio. That’s what the Pistons did, displaying toughness and playing with resiliency beating the Spurs to pull out a 95-86 game victory.

Richard Hamilton, lead the team by scoring 24 points. Moreover Rasheed Wallace who was able to score points in the paint and hit 3 pointers gave the team an incredible 16 points.

That’s what basketball is all about, to have a good defense and not allow the opponent to score points in the paint. Pistons knew they were facing elimination, and had to win this game at any cost. Pistons who never won a game in San Antonio since April 7th, 1997 came back with a bang.

Game 7 is scheduled for June 23, 05, is the most important game for both teams. This will decide who will become the NBA Champions. The Pistons after winning game 6 have one goal to beat the San Antonio Spurs for the NBA Championship.

Lastly, Go Pistons…

Garage door is jammed.....ahhhhh!!!

"My garage door opener is not working. What is this, why would it not open, do I need to replace my garage door opener???" This is a problem that a lot of people are facing today. But why is this happening??

Why???? Haaaaaaaaa…..

This is why -

Military radio signals coming from military bases in and around your city are so strong to jam nearby garage door openers. A lot of the civilians would have to replace their garage doors or live with this inconvenience.

Damn You...

Here's a brief explanation from CBS news

Working at Microsoft

Most people (Software developers, Technical Specialists) spend their entire lives hopping to someday work for the software giant “Microsoft”, but after reading this blog from an enthusiast, dreams do become reality!! At least for this blogger it did. Ernest A. Booth whose dream became a reality during the month of April, that’s when he was hired as a Longhorn Technical Evangelists.

This is how Ernest says it in his own words – “My Microsoft story began in April when I read a post on Drew Marsh’s blog. Drew’s post pointed me to Jeremy Mazner’s post that his team was hiring two Longhorn Technical Evangelists and those interested should send him an e-mail, and that’s what Ernest did.

To read more, take a look at this article probably someday you will be working at Microsoft….:)
